We
can provide vehicles to suit everyone from a single businessman
to a large safari group.
Our
specially equipped and modified, heavy-duty safari vehicles
have pop-up game-viewing roofs, winches and short wave radios.
Their comfortable seats can be removed, or adjusted to your
needs, providing everyone with a perfect view. This allows
us to offer a set-up to suit every group, from an individual
photographic expedition, right through to a party of 8 comfortably
seated in our stretch-body Land Rovers, and new Land cruisers. The prices below are all for self drive hire. If you would like any of these vehicles with a driver contact uys for a competitive price. |

SWB vehicles now only US$70 per
day

We now offer Short Wheel Base vehicles which are ideal
for a couple. You can select either a Land Rover Turbo
Diesel (shown in the picture) or a Toyota Land Cruiser.
These vehicles do not feature the Pop up roof and other
special Safari adaptations fitted to the larger vehicles.
But they are still tough and well equipped for travel
in the bush. |
'Town cars' only $70 per day
|
If you need the freedom and flexibility of having
your own car while you are here, why not take advantage
of our special 'town' car rates. Because driving on
tarmac results is less wear and tear, and lower maintenance
costs 'town car' hire, is substantially cheaper than
hiring a safari vehicle.
These vehicles are not equipped for a trip deep into
the bush, but they can certainly handle the potholed
back streets of Arusha |

excellent suspension and powerful Turbo engine make
this car is perfect for exploring Tanzania at your own
pace.
When you want to tour the parks, or have to get to
isolated area's 'up country' this is the car you need.

New Land Cruisers $150

If you have a larger group or if you want a more
luxurious standard of transport we recommend our new
Land Cruisers.
Perfect either on the road or in the bush, these vehicles
set the new standard for transport in Africa. Equipped
with a powerful 6 cylinder engine, excellent suspension,
air conditioning, and all the essential safari features,
this car just can't be beaten. |

Land Rover Tdi Camping Vehicle $180 per day

Absolutely the best way to explore Tanzania ! Combining the rugged reliability of the turbo Land Rover with a top of the range roof tent allows you to go anywhere... and sleep there.
The tent is spacious enough to sleep two comfortably, and being on the roof its well away from beasties, large and small. The vehicle comes equipped with all the camp gear shown, and if you have a larger group we can also rent you regular dome tents. |

In
both Arusha and Mwanza branches we have dedicated workshops,
each with more than 12 highly experienced mechanics working
full time to keep our vehicles in tip-top condition. Their
knowledge of local conditions, and experience with the special
needs of safari vehicles, combined with our planned program
of preventative maintenance, is your guarantee of a reliable
vehicle.
However
nothing in Africa is quite certain, and so if you do find
yourself in difficulties you will be reassured to know that
our 'in house' 24hr breakdown service is always ready to help
you out. |

Long-term
hire
|
If
you will be in Tanzania for a while, you may need a vehicle
for a longer term. Buying or importing a car into Tanzania
can be a difficult process, fraught with risks, bureaucratic
complexities, and unexpected delays and costs. |
